Can't find your question below? Just ring or message us — we'd rather chat than have you guess.

How quickly will I get a quote back?
Usually within the hour during the day, and always by the next morning if you message us in the evening. We reply ourselves — there's no "ticket system" or auto-responder you have to chase.
How far in advance should we book?
For a small balloon job we usually need 4–6 hours' notice. For weekends and bouncy castles 2–3 days is comfier, and for communions or weddings in May / June we'd say a few weeks if you can manage it. That said — we do same-week magic loads of the time. Just ask.
Where do you deliver to?
All of Ireland. Anywhere within an hour of the M50 is free. Beyond that we add a small fuel contribution to the quote — never a surprise on the day. Donegal, Kerry, Connemara — all grand, just give us a heads-up.
Do you handle setup and takedown?
Always. Every booking is delivered, set up, safety-checked and collected by us — never a courier. You don't lift a balloon. We'll arrive in the window you choose and collect at the agreed time, usually after the cake.
What's the deposit and how do I pay?
We take a 25% deposit to lock the date in — bank transfer or Revolut, whatever's easiest. The balance is due the day before by transfer, or in cash on arrival if you'd prefer. No card-machine fees, no faff.
What happens if it rains?
For balloons — no bother, we move it indoors or under cover and crack on. For bouncy castles we keep an eye on the forecast: light drizzle is fine, but heavy wind (over 38 km/h) or thunder means we have to call it for safety reasons. If we cancel for weather, you get your deposit back or move it to another date — no quibble.
Are the castles actually safe? Insured?
Yes — every castle is PIPA-tested (the Irish/UK safety standard) and we're fully insured with €6.5m public liability. We anchor every unit properly, brief you on the safety bits, and refuse to leave one up in dodgy weather. Granny-and-granda approved.
What if we need to cancel?
Life happens. Cancel up to 7 days before and you get your deposit back in full. Inside 7 days we can usually move it to another date instead — we'd much rather see you in a few weeks than keep the deposit. If we have to cancel (weather, illness), you get a full refund or a new date, your call.
How do I know if a castle is free on my date?
Each castle page has a quick date-checker, or just tell us the date in your enquiry. We hold dates for 24 hours while you decide — no pressure, no "act-now" nonsense.
Will the balloons last all day?
Our garlands and arches are air-filled (not helium) so they hold beautifully for 24–48 hours indoors, longer in cool rooms. Helium balloons typically last 8–12 hours — perfect for the party itself but not the morning after. We'll always tell you upfront what suits your timing.
Do you do communions, christenings, and corporate events too?
Loads of them — communions and christenings are our bread and butter, and we do a fair few office openings, school fetes and product launches as well. The pricing is the same; only the colour scheme changes.
Indoors or outdoors — does it matter?
Both work. For castles we just need a flat patch of grass (or hard standing with weights) of about 5×6m for the smaller units. For balloons, indoors is easier on the materials but we do plenty of garden arches and gazebo entrances — we just pick wind-friendly designs.
